Arizona currently sits atop the 2018 team rankings and the Wildcats figure to keep building onto their already strong class. However, which programs will make the biggest moves between now and Signing Day in November? As usual, National Basketball Analysts Eric Bossi and Corey Evans have Rival views.

BOSSI'S VIEW: DUKE
Simply based on how things have been trending the last four or five years, it's hard to bet against Duke or Kentucky making a big move. Since they already have a commitment from the nation's top point guard Tre Jones, I'll take Mike Krzyzewski and the Blue Devils.
We know that Jones is locked up and he's the type of player that others will want to play with. Top five wing Cameron Reddish looks to be leaning toward Duke and it wouldn't be a surprise if he were to make his commitment within the next month or so.
Other five-stars that the Blue Devils remain in play for include the top two players in the class R.J. Barrett and Zion Williamson along with shooting guard Romeo Langford, point guard Darius Garland, small forward Nassir Little and power forward Emmitt Williams.
One program yet to crack the 2018 team rankings that I would also keep a close eye on is Kansas. The Jayhawks are looking like the team to beat for five-star guard Quentin Grimes and soon to be five-star point guard Devon Dotson (who visits this weekend). They are also very much in the mix for guys like Wiliamson and Langford plus bigs like David McCormack and many others.
EVANS' VIEW: KENTUCKY
Kentucky currently sits in last place in the SEC’s 2018 class rankings as the dons of the basketball recruiting universe don’t have a single 2018 pledge at the moment. That is going to change drastically as the Wildcats stand in a great spot with a handful of five-star recruits.
While the Wildcats are nowhere to be seen within the Rivals.com team rankings, expect Kentucky to be the biggest winners of the fall heading into the first signing period in November. UK is in a great spot with Immanuel Quickley, arguably the best point guard in the 2018 class. He is the type of jumbo playmaker that has excelled under the tutelage of John Calipari.
Along with Quickley is his good friend Zion Williamson. Although I do not buy into the whole package deal idea that has been discussed, one has to acknowledge their friendship and how it might impact their recruitments. Unlike other top-10 prospects, I expect Williamson to sign in November.
Together, the top-10 duo would immediately skyrocket Kentucky up the recruiting rankings, but the Wildcats might not be done. They hosted Keldon Johnson, another five-star prospect, this past week for an unofficial visit, where their offer impressed him greatly. He will visit Texas and Florida State next month, with Maryland and NC State also being in the hunt, but UK is now sitting as one of the favorites.
My prediction? Quickley and Williamson will be Kentucky pledges by the first signing period and the Wildcats will boast another five-star recruit, that being either Johnson, Cam Reddish or Quentin Grimes. Three five-star commits in November equates to the biggest winners of the fall.
