Looking for upsets in your bracket? Prospects give us their longshots

We're just hours away from the best three weeks on the college basketball calendar and predictions from various sites and writers are plastered all over the internet. Instead of giving our own personal views about what might transpire, we reached out to the future of the game and asked them which team they might pull off an upset during the opening rounds.

“I think a possible upset could be Arizona State over Michigan State. ASU was playing really well at the beginning of the year and ranked top 5. If they can get back to that they might be able to upset MSU.”

“I don’t see many upsets happening, but if I would pick one team it would be Miami.”

“South Dakota State over Ohio State.”

“One upset that I have is Bucknell over Michigan State because of my boy Jordan Sechan for Bucknell.”

“NC State beating Kansas because they have the guard play and the bigs to match up with Kansas. Plus, they have wins already over Duke and UNC.”

“I have Texas over Cincinnati for the upset.”

“I have Ohio State beating Xavier because of their tempo and how deadly they can be if they are knocking down their shots.”

“My one upset is Oklahoma beating Rhode Island. I think Trae Young will go for 35-plus and lead them to a W.”

“The upset that I have is New Mexico State over Clemson.”

“If Rhode Island makes it out of the first round, I think they have a serious chance to upset Duke in the second round."
