Young plans to consider all options

Collin Young has not seen his recruitment takeoff as he had expected, but the 6-foot-3, 185-pound shooting guard/small forward from Snider High School in Ft. Wayne, Ind., has remained positive about his situation. However, Young was quick to admit that several high major schools have started to shown an increased interest when it comes to his recruitment.
"Indiana, Purdue, Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Southern Illinois, Wright State and North Carolina A&T are the schools recruiting me the hardest," Young said of his recruitment. "Those are pretty much the only schools involved in my recruitment right now. I don't have any favorites at this time, but Wright State and North Carolina A&T are probably recruiting me the most."

Young has not spent much time, if any, thinking about his recruitment since the season started. With the Holiday break over, and with school finally back in session, the 6-foot-3 shooting guard/small forward does not have a lot of free time.
"With the season completely underway, we play three games a week now," Young said. "With games, practice and academics, we don't have much time to think about anything else. I have thought about my recruitment a little, but it will become more of a focus at the end of the season.
"I do know that I plan to take all five official visits," he added. "Purdue and North Carolina A&T are the two schools that I definitely plan to visit for sure. When it comes to my future and education wise, I feel very good about those two schools."
