Woods Comments on Top Five

In a 2005 class loaded with wing players, Rashad Woods out of Heritage Christian in Cleveland, Texas is the No. 8 ranked small forward and the No. 25 ranked player overall. Woods, 6-foot-7, 215-pounds, commented on his top five schools to RivalsHoops.com.
"My top five schools are UConn, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, and Illinois,” said Woods. “ All five have offered, and I’ll start taking my visits in the fall. Sometime next year I will make my decision.”

On Connecticut: "I want to see what the east coast is like. I’ll definitely visit and see if I like it. Assistant Coach Moore has done a good job recruiting me."
On Arkansas: "I’ve taken an unofficial visit and loved it. The campus and town were great. I also like Coach Heath. He's a good young coach."
On Oklahoma: "I like Coach Sampson. He seems like a good coach and a nice guy."
On Oklahoma State: "They got my boy John Lucas, Jr. He and his dad have told me a lot of good things about Oklahoma State and want me to go their."
On Illinois: "Coach Weber and Assistant Coach Price have been recruiting me for a long time, and I’ve always been interested in them."
