Woodbury wins NBPA MVP
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.- The NBPA Top 100 camp wrapped up on the campus of Virginia early Saturday evening. Leading the way were some Midwest prospects as Adam Woodbury was selected camp MVP.

Woodbury's camp teammate, Gary Harris, scored the final two of his 17 points with just 1.8 seconds to go to give his team a one-point championship game win.

Adam Woodbury, C - There probably aren't a lot of people who would have predicted that Woodbury would score as well as he did in camp. But, his added strength, high skill level and a great motor have turned him into one of the best one-on-one low post scorers in the country.
He's going to command double teams all summer or score a lot of points if not doubled. He rebounds and is a very good passer.
Kevin Ferrell, PG-- Yogi was named the camp's most outstanding playoff performer and it's tough to argue with that. Ferrell was terrific on Saturday running the show, making plays and scoring the ball. His quickness and explosiveness off of the dribble are big time.
Anthony Bennett, PF - We can't imagine that there's anybody left who doesn't think this kid is a McDonald's All-American type. Bennett plays grown-man basketball and is comfortable in transition, in the post and stepping out to make jumpers.
Andrew White, SF - Once again, the 6-foot-6 Virginian showed that he is a legitimate high major wing prospect. Not only is he a tall wing, he's got a frame that should allow him to make the physical adjustment to college with ease. He rarely makes mistakes and is reliable.
Rosco Allen, PF - All in all it was a pretty productive camp for Allen. There are worries about exactly how his game translates to the next level because he's such a slender combo forward. However, the Las Vegas product has excellent ball skills, can shoot some and played with a level of toughness that he hasn't always shown in the past.
Braxton Ogbueze, PG - A natural scorer at heart, the future Florida Gator sacrificed some of his offense to run his team. He was effective in pick and roll, made good decisions and played much more under control than he had earlier in the spring.
Gary Harris, SG - The Indiana native was at his best during the camp's championship game. He hit a full-court driving runner in the lane to win the game and was otherwise effective. Harris will rebound and is a transition finisher who is becoming more reliable as a spot-up shooter.
Nerlens Noel, C - For the first two days of camp, Noel struggled on the offensive end due to his lack of strength. But, he still blocked plenty of shots. Saturday, he came alive on the offensive end by utilizing his quickness advantage to make up for what he lacked in strength. While other big guys seemed to be running out of energy, Noel seemed to be finding more.
Brandon Ashley, PF - Technically, this covers his play on Friday where we missed writing about his play. The Californian was as good as we've ever seen him be as he played with toughness, used his length and quickness and didn't give up on any plays. After a slow start to the spring, Ashley has really been coming on strong during the past few events we've evaluated him in.
