Wilson Makes A Decision

Jabyron Wilson, a 6-7, 240-pound physical power forward from Lake City High School in Lake City, South Carolina, gave a verbal commitment to the College of Charleston.

Wilson also considered serious interest from Winthrop Appalachian State, and South Carolina State. He had received some interest from Virginia Tech, Wichita State, West Kentucky and Tulane.

Last season as a junior, Wilson averaged 18 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks a game. Wilson was on hand at the ABCD camp in early July. He is a powerful forward who is a little raw. Wilson grabs plenty of rebounds and can score inside. His best days are ahead of him. He is still polishing up on his skills.
