Williams Chooses A School

Sean Williams, a 6-foot-9, 240-pound power forward/center from Mansfield High School in Mansfield, Texas, committed to Boston College tonight, according to a source close to Williams. This comes as no surprise to this site. Previously, a report filed by RivalsHoops.com reporter Jerry Meyer had indicated that Williams was leaning heavily to the Big East school.
Williams, a player Boston College expects to make an impact as a freshman, also considered Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona at one time during his recruiting process.

Williams was supposed to visit Oklahoma on November 1st but that visit has been cancelled due to Sean's decision to attend Boston College.
This is another solid pickup for the Eagles staff to land a quality player like Williams from the state of Texas. Recently, the BC staff has show its skill in going to different parts of the country to grab high school recruits.
