According to The Wichita Eagle, Stutz is headed to Wichita State. The big man made the call to Shockers head coach Gregg Marshall.
The three-star prospect was down to Wichita State, SMU and Kentucky. The Wildcats didn't offer a scholarship. Stutz was busy on the visit trail, making additional stops at Iowa State, Nebraska, Kansas State, Saint Louis and Missouri State.
Stutz told the paper that Kentucky's loss to Gardner-Webb was a sign for him and confirmed his decision.
"I was like 'Wow, I think God's trying to tell me something here,' " Stutz told Paul Suellentrop. "I think that was the final sign. God was leading me to Wichita State."
Stutz joins Texas guard Toure Murry and Clevin Hannah, a junior college point guard from Florida, in the 2008 recruiting class for the Missouri Valley powerhouse.
