Why Michael Haddix Chose Siena

Michael Haddix, a 6-6 forward from St. Augustine's High School in New Jersey, told us he loved the coaching staff at Siena and the facilities.
"It's a great campus," Haddix said of his choice, Siena. "I also have a great relationship with all the coaches, coach Seymour and coach Lanier..."

Haddix said after his visit there he knew that Siena was the right place for him. "I had just a real good feel for it," Haddix said. "I can play the four and help out right away."
Haddix said he will work on other skills this year to make himself a more complete player for Siena. "I want to work on guarding small forwards better," Haddix said. "I also want to be able to step out more and shoot the jumper."
Haddix made a decision a couple of days ago. He had also seriously considered Boston University.
