The one thing that has been certain throughout the recruitment of Isaiah Whitehead has been that one can expect the unexpected.

He proved it again on Tuesday night when he announced his recruitment would soon be ending.
A star shooting guard from Brooklyn (N.Y.) Lincoln who ranks No. 14 in the Rivals150, Whitehead has had several rumored leaders throughout the process.
Whether it was Syracuse, Louisville, Indiana or any other school rumored to be in the lead, the senior has steadily denied any leanings and made it clear that he would clear things up when they needed to be cleared up.
After an unofficial visit to Indiana about a month ago and a trip to Seton Hall over the weekend, Whitehead made things clear on Tuesday night.
Via his twitter account, Whitehead -- who has been expected to take a Wednesday afternoon visit to St. John's -- announced that he will make his college decision public at his school on Thursday afternoon.
According to the five-star prospect, he will choose from Indiana, St. John's, Seton Hall, Minnesota and Pittsburgh during a 2:30 p.m. announcement at his school.
