White picks up Big 12 offer

Things are going quite well for three-star 2007 prospect Ryan White since moving from Houston, Texas, to Grenada Hills Charter (Calif.) High School. White, a 5-foot-10, 165-pound point guard, is putting up 28 points per game and has picked up a Big 12 offer.
"I'm interested in Tulsa, Texas A&M, California, Michigan and Texas," said White. "Texas A&M is the one school that has offered, but I'm still very open.

"I want to go to a good academic school with a good basketball program. I also want a chance to play early.
Along with his 28 point average, the speedy left hander is also averaging 6 assists per game.
"My penetration game feeds off my outside shooting ability," he said. "I love to get into the lane and dish the ball.
"Right now, I'm working hard on my midrange game and making the right decisions with the ball."
