Last weekend, the lion's share of programs around the country got things kicked off with Midnight Madness/Late Night-type activities celebrating the first day of practice. However, a few teams held off on running opening events until this weekend and leading the way with big visit weekends are Villanova, who counts 2011 four-star Nick Faust among its visitors, Oklahoma State and Chris Mack's Xavier Musketeers.

Big crowd expected at 'Nova for Hoops Mania
Each year, Jay Wright and his staff at Villanova wait until the second weekend of practice to put on their Villanova Hoops Mania event. The idea is that there will be fewer events going on and they will be able to attract more talent. This year, it looks like they've made a smart decision.
From the class of 2011, four-star shooting guard Nick Faust is a chief target and future Wildcat point guard Tyrone Johnson will be in the house looking to get his first assist for the program. Johnson will also be joined by the rest of the Wildcats 2011 recruiting class of Markus Kennedy, Darrun Hilliard and Achraf Yacoubou.
Also scheduled to attend are 2012 five-star prospects Kyle Anderson, Alex Murphy (not confirmed) and Torian Graham. They'll be joined by 2012 four-stars Savon Goodman, Amile Jefferson, Ryan Arcidiacono, Omar Calhoun and James Robinson. Other potential visitors include 2013 five-star Austin Colbert, Tariq Carey, Isaiah Lewis, Jason Boswell and Brandon Austin.
Dallas Cowboys
Thursday afternoon Travis Ford and Oklahoma State scored big on the recruiting trail when they landed a commitment out of the nation's No. 4 senior, LeBryan Nash of Dallas (Texas) Lincoln. This weekend, Nash will be on campus and he'll bring many talented youngsters from his Dallas Mustangs program with him. Among the class of 2013 prospects expected to join Nash in Stillwater are Jordan Mickey, Kendal Harris, Shirmane Thomas and others.
Other visitors expected to make the trip to Stillwater are 2012 four-stars Willie Cauley and Nino Jackson. Another expected 2013 visitor is physical in-state scoring guard Juwan Parker.
Madness for the Musketeers
Chris Mack and his Xavier staff will have a full house when they host their annual Musketeer Madness event. On hand will be their entire 2011 recruiting class of Dezmine Wells, Jalen Reynolds and point guard Darwin Davis. Those guys will be charged with entertaining a nice list of visitors.
Visiting from the class of 2011 is 6-foot-10 four-star center Michael Chandler. Also included on the docket are 2012 four-star prospects D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera and Dejuan Marrero and 2013 four-star Devin Davis. Other visitors include Darryl Baker, Taylor Barnette, Jaquan Lyles and Lasalle Thompson.
