Watkins On Campus Today
Darryl Watkins, the 6-10 center from Paterson Catholic H.S. in Paterson, N.J., is expected to be on the campus of Seton Hall today, according to a source close to Watkins. It has not been determined whether it will be an official or an unofficial visit.
The Pirates have picked up the recruiting interest in Watkins over the past couple of weeks. The source told Russ Blake of RivalsHoops.com that Watkins is down to Rutgers, Villanova and Seton Hall, and added that he could sign early.
The NCAA's early signing period runs from Wednesday, Nov. 13 until Nov. 20.
