Watkins Added To Charm City Challenge

Darryl Watkins, one of the top unsigned big men still available, has been added to the U.S. roster for next month's 3rd Annual Marine Corps Charm City Challenge. Schools still interested in the 6-11, 235 pounder from Paterson Catholic in New Jersey include North Carolina, Seton Hall, Syracuse, Villanova, Rutgers, Pittsburgh and Kentucky, according last month's report by RivalsHoops.com reporter Russ Blake.

In addition, the complete Baltimore area roster that will face the U.S. Stars has been announced. The only player identified up to now had been Will Bowers, the Archbishop Spalding center who is headed to Maryland. The Baltimore All-Star roster follows:

The Challenge takes place on Sunday, April 13 at the Towson Center on the campus of Towson University. The preliminary game, City vs. Suburban All-Stars, begins at 4 PM with the U.S. vs. Baltimore All-Star game to follow at 6 PM.
