Wallace talks about visits

Now that the summer AAU circuit is over, Blake Wallace is quick to admit that he did not have the type of summer that he had expected. However, a large number of high major programs are showing a high amount of interest in the 6-foot-7, 190-pound small forward from Servite High School in Anaheim, Calif.
"I would say that my recruitment is going okay right now," said Wallace. "To be honest with you, I didn't really have a very good summer. My play this summer didn't hurt my recruitment, but it didn't help it much either. Gonzaga, USC, Connecticut, Oregon State, Washington and Hawaii are some of the schools recruiting me right now.

"I have already taken visits to Hawaii and USC," he added. "Once school starts later on this month, I plan to start scheduling some official visits for the fall."
Wallace would like to take all five official visits in the fall, but its not yet known if that will actually take place. There is a chance that the 6-foot-7, 190-pound small forward wont need to take more than two or three official visits.
"Gonzaga, Oregon State, Washington and Connecticut are some of the schools that I would like to visit," said Wallace. "I have already been to Hawaii and USC, so I don't know if I will need to visit either of those schools again.
"I definitely want to take all five official visits, but I don't know if I will actually use all five," he added. "Several people have told me that I might be ready to decide after a couple of visits. I just plan to take a couple of visits and then decide if I need to take any additional visits."
