While one Manning -- Peyton -- didn't have quite enough juice to finish off the Seattle Seahawks Sunday night, Danny Manning was on the other side of the country locking up his point guard of the future.

Sunday night, Manning and Wake Forest got a commitment from point guard Bryant Crawford.
After visiting campus two weekends ago, the 6-foot-2 point guard from Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga announced Sunday night via his twitter account that he would play his college ball for Manning and the Demon Deacons.
Ranked the No. 78 in the class of 2015, Crawford is a physical point guard with good size and good athleticism.
After being bothered by a lingering injury during his junior season, Crawford picked up steam as the summer rolled along. He got in the gym and got his body right and as a result showed more explosiveness off the dribble than ever before. He can get to the rim and finish over and through bigger players, pushes the tempo in transition and is very good in ball screens.
The beneficiary of outstanding coaching on the high school level from Steve Turner at Gonzaga, Crawford should arrive at Wake Forest physically and mentally ready to compete. He does need to work on his jump shooting and at times he can be a bit ambitious with his passing but the tools to play in the ACC are all there.
A four-star prospect, Crawford is Wake Forest's first commitment from the class of 2015.
