Wade Dunston To West Virginia

The Washington Post in its pre-Capital Classic edition on Thursday reported that Wade Dunston, a shooting guard from the Bullis School in the DC-area, is headed to West Virginia. However, whether or not a national letter of intent will follow this decision would seem an unknown at this time given the uncertainty of the coaching situation and the possibility of an NCAA punishment. In addition, the college future for the two young men who signed National Letters of Intent with WVU this past fall, Kevin Pittsnogle and Jabbar Young, falls back into the unknown category as a result of these latest events. Both players were taking a wait-and-see approach following Gale Catlett's resignation.

And if there's a good time for this type of news, well, right now is definitely not it.
The spring signing period started on Wednesday and ends May 15th. Of course, players can still commit to schools after this date; however, an NLI would no longer apply.
