Visit Soon For Talented PG

Marcus Williams, a 6-1, 190 pound point guard from Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Va., may take an unofficial visit to Connecticut the weekend of August 23rd, according to a source close to Williams.
Williams is down to two schools -- Georgia Tech and Connecticut. Williams did say he wants to make a decision by the time he starts his school year at Oak Hill Academy. Williams heads to Oak Hill Academy on September 2nd. So he may try to make a decision before he lands on the campus of Oak Hill.

UCLA, previously mentioned, is not among his top two, according to Williams. A native of Los Angeles who attended Crenshaw H.S. the past three years, Williams previously mentioned Maryland, North Carolina and N.C. State. But Williams will decide between Connecticut and Georgia Tech.
Williams is a smart floor leader. He rarely finds himself in a tough position on the court -- meaning Williams doesn't trap himself in the corners or give his defenders an advantage when he handles the ball.
Williams can also be a deadly three point marksman from the perimeter. What he lacks in great quickness and athleticism, he overcomes with abundant qualities of smarts and awareness.
