Villanueva Sits Out

The big fella was missing in last night's big Blair win over West Nottingham. Charlie Villanueva, the multi-talented 6-10 forward from New York City, did not make an appearance against Josh Boone and West Nottingham due to sickness.
One source told RivalsHoops.com that Villanueva may have mono and might be out for a while. We will keep you posted.

Villanueva, who has given a solid verbal to Illinois but did not sign in the Fall, has kept open the possibility he will put his name in the NBA Draft next spring if he is projected to be a lottery selection in the June draft.
Recently, there were over half a dozen NBA Scouts at Blair's game against Our Savior.
More NBA scouts were on hand again when Blair beat up on Notre Dame Academy of Virginia in a Tommy Jacobs Memorial Shootout game at the War on the Shore.
