LAS VEGAS -- One of the most popular point guard targets in Las Vegas is 2019 four-star Jeremiah Francis of Indiana Elite.

Francis is already rated one of the top floor generals in the class of 2019 and his recruitment is turning into a top-notch affair. On Wednesday, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana (Archie Miller) and North Carolina (Roy Williams) all watched him. Those three haven't offered yet but Indiana, Ohio State, Florida State, Iowa, Dayton, Purdue, West Virginia, Nebraska and more have.

IN HIS OWN WORDS

Francis took time to break down some of the schools on his list.

Indiana: "Coach Archie Miller is a good guy. When he was at Dayton I didn't really talk to him a lot but knew of him and talked to his assistants a lot. He's a great guy, very organized and I really like coach Miller.

North Carolina:"They are comparing me to other guards in my class to see where I fit. I believe I can play that North Carolina style, that uptempo, fast style of basketball. But like I said, they are just kind of monitoring me in comparison to other point guards in my class and we'll see where things stand after summer."

Ohio State: "I was already talking to them when they were at Butler and they are really nice guys, really organized guys. They do everything as one and they feel like they can make Ohio State great again like when they had Greg Oden and Mike Conley and those guys. They feel they can get it jumping again."

West Virginia: "I love coach Bob Huggins and his staff. I think I would fit great in that uptempo style, guarding 94 feet that trap-and-rotate style. I love it. Coach Huggins is a great guy."

WHAT'S NEXT?

Francis told Rivals.com that he would like to cut down his list sometime in the early fall. He's not sure of an exact number that he will cut to, but said that he hopes to get it down to eight schools or so.
