Vaughn sets another official visit

Five-star shooting guard Rashad Vaughn has set his third official visit.

A native of Minneapolis (Minn.) who is spending his senior season at Henderson (Nev.) Findlay Prep, the 6-foot-5 shooting guard has now set an official visit to UNLV.
"Rashad has set up an official visit to UNLV for the 25th of November," Findlay Prep assistant Pete Kaffey told Rivals.com. "He is also looking for dates to reschedule the North Carolina visit."
The No. 7 player in the class of 2014, Vaughn had been scheduled to visit the Tar Heels last weekend before having to postpone.
In other Vaughn news, Arizona continues to angle for an official visit and Sean Miller was expected in to see him on Wednesday. On Sunday, Kansas head coach Bill Self was in Minneapolis visiting with Vaughn's family and the Jayhawks are also strongly in the mix to receive an official visit.
Currently, Vaughn has visits set for Baylor (Oct. 18) and Iowa State (Nov. 17). Also on his final list of seven with the previously mentioned schools is hometown Minnesota.
Known for his scoring prowess and explosive athleticism, Vaughn has reportedly added a good deal of muscle during his time at Findlay. Additionally, Kaffey told Rivals.com that the staff plans to use Vaughn some at the point guard.
