COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Coming off an ankle sprain, elite forward Aaron Gordon made a significant impact at the 16-Under USA national team trials.

Gordon, a 6-foot-7 combo forward from San Jose (Calif.) Archbishop Mitty High, quickly made it clear that there is an elite prospect besides Jabari Parker vying for a spot on the USA team. Quick off the ground and quick to change direction, Gordon stood out with both his athleticism and his shooting touch.
Isaiah Whitehead 6-foot-3 2014 wing from Brooklyn (N.Y.) Lincoln High School - A confident wing scorer with a killer spin move, Whitehead was a solid performer throughout the trials.
Malik Price-Martin 6-foot-8 2013 power forward from Miami Monsignor Edward Pace High School - Price-Martin had made an athletic print on the trials from the beginning, but in the fourth session, he settled into his offensive game and had some impressive scores.
