The No. 115 ranked prospect in the Rivals150 Ekpe Udoh is considering a Big Ten and a Big East school, but he is not necessarily content with his options. The 6-foot-9, 215-pound power forward from Santa Fe High School in Edmond, Okla., names three other schools he would like to hear from.
"I'm considering offers from Michigan and Pittsburgh, but I'm still open," said Udoh. "I wouldn't mind hearing from Kentucky, Illinois and Syracuse."
Another option for Udoh is attending prep school next year.
"I haven't qualified yet, and I might prep," he said. "Even if I do qualify, I may prep to refine my game."
Whether he attends college or prep school next year, Udoh does not plan to make a decision until after the early signing period.
Udoh, who is contemplating visiting Pittsburgh this fall, already visited his other favorite early in September.
"The academics there are really good at Michigan along with the athletics," he said. "I saw where I could come in there and play right away. I had a chance to tour the campus. I also went to a football game. It was a very good experience."
As a junior, Udoh averaged 10 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocks per game.
