Two September Visits For Carvalho

Adrian Carvalho, a tough-minded 6'1'', 175 pound combo guard from Fox Lane High School in Bedford, New York, has popped onto the radar of a couple of colleges in the Northeast with his play this summer.
Carvalho has heard from St. Francis (PA), Rider, Robert Morris, LIU, and The Air Force Academy. He does not yet have any scholarship offers, but St. Francis (PA) and Rider have offered official visits in September, and Carvalho will likely visit both campuses.

"Right now, St. Francis and Rider are looking good," said Carvalho. "I'd like to make a decision before my high school season starts, if possible."
Carvalho opened some eyes by taking the Most Valuable Player award during one of The Five Star Pittsburgh sessions during the live period. He is reliable from behind the arc and can hit with hands in his face and under pressure. Carvalho canned five first half three-pointers against Riverside Church at The Rumble in the Bronx back in June. He is a tough-minded scoring guard who does not back down, regardless of the caliber of his competition. He is a slick ball-handler with good body control.
Adrian can be unruly at times, exercising poor shot selection. He needs to work harder at the defensive end of the floor.
Carvalho competes with The Westchester Hawks and The Willie Howie All-Stars on the AAU circuit. His next event will likely be the Connecticut Select Tournament at Sacred Heart University with The Willie Howies.
Carvalho carries a 2.6 GPA and has scored 940 on the SAT.
