Two school race for McGhee

The end is drawing near for Indiana center Gary McGhee. The 6-foot-10, 238-pound center from Anderson Highland High School will make an official visit this weekend and could have a decision shortly after.
"It's going to be between Pitt or Wisconsin," McGhee said. "I know I'll have something right after Labor Day.

McGhee will officially visit Pittsburgh this weekend. He said he unofficially visited Wisconsin last year.
"I just like both of the programs and both of the coaches at each school. Bo Ryan and Jamie Dixon are two good coaches and they develop their post players. Look at (Pittsburgh post) Aaron Gray and all of the guys at Wisconsin. They both see me doing the same thing. Plus, it's the Big Ten and Big East."
The No. 123 overall player in the country enjoyed a strong showing on the AAU circuit this year with the loaded and talented SYF Players AAU team. McGhee improved his body and developed a solid all around game inside the paint. His continued improvement at the college level will play a large part in his decision, he said.
"It's probably just going to come down to where is the best place for me to fit in and the best place where I can develop my game," McGhee said.
