Torin Francis Wont Rule Out Florida

Torin Francis, a 6-10, 220 pound power forward from Tabor Academy in Marion, Mass., is focusing his attention on 11 schools this summer, with a special emphasis on the Big East and ACC.
Francis said that Duke, Georgia Tech, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Wake Forest, Boston College, UConn, Georgetown and Notre Dame are the 10 most serious schools on his list, but he did not want to completely rule out Florida.

After playing in this past weekend's NBA Players Association Camp in Washington D.C., Francis took unofficial visits to Maryland on Sunday and Georgetown on Monday.
Francis had previously visited Boston College, where high school teammate Jermaine Watson will attend as a freshman this year.
Following a busy summer that will see pitstops at the Nike All American Camp, the Peach Jam, the Super Showcase and the AAU Nationals, Francis said he will take a spate of unofficial visits in August.
From Aug. 9-15, Francis definitely plans on visiting Virginia, UNC, Duke and Notre Dame, and he also may attempt to swing by Wake Forest and Georgia Tech.
As a junior at Tabor, Francis averaged 20 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks per game. He said he has a 3.7 GPA and scored an 1130 on the SAT.
Francis said he plans on having a college decision by Sept. 1.
