Torin Francis Update
LAKE BUENA VISTA, FLORIDA -- Torin Francis, a highly skilled 6-10, 220-pound forward from Tabor Academy in Massachusetts, has been very impressive thus far at the AAU Showcase inside the beautiful Wide World of Sports complex on the grounds of Walt Disney.
Francis has led his team to two victories in two tries thus far. And the major schools have showed up to express their love for him. Coaching staffs from Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Wake Forest, Boston College, and Florida were on hand last night.

Maryland, Georgetown, Virginia and Duke are also being considered seriously. "I am going to take visits to Notre Dame, Virginia, North Carolina, Duke, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, and Florida," Francis told us last night. "I have already visited Maryland, Boston College, and Georgetown."
Francis said he doesn't have a leader. "I hope to make a decision by late August," Francis said. "I just need to see every school before I make my decision." told us after his terrific performance yesterday afternoon that he will take several visits in August.
Francis is a legitimate candidate for the McDonald's All American team. He will be a heavy favorite to make the squad. Next year's game will be at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
