Top five for Crawford

Three-star power forward Casey Crawford from Blue Valley North High School in Overland Park, Kan., has a top five school list heading into September. All of those schools will conduct in-home visits, and three of them have official visits set up with Crawford.
"My top five are West Virginia, Wichita State, Minnesota, Texas A&M and Tulane," said Crawford. "All of them have offered and are coming in for in-home visits."

Crawford, who said he does not have a leader at this point, does have visits scheduled for Minnesota on September 9, West Virginia on September 16 and Wichita State on September 23.
"I'm not sure how many visits I'll take," he said. "I'm just going to play it by ear.
"I would like to play as a freshman. I know I don't want to sit on the bench. I'd also like to play for a program that can get to the NCAA tournament."
Crawford, who has a 3.6 GPA and ACT score of 24, averaged 18 points, 10 rebounds and 4.5 blocks per game last season.
