1. Jordan Mickey
School: Arlington (Texas) Grace Prep
The Buzz: Since the end of summer and through the early portion of the high school basketball season, the 6-foot-7 junior is the most improved player we have seen. Athletic, quick and growing more skilled, he's taken his game to the next level.
2. Dwayne Morgan
School: Baltimore (Md.) City College
A total unknown headed into USA Basketball's developmental camp in October, the 6-foot-6 sophomore burst onto the scene in impressive fashion. He's got size, is athletic and already possesses an impressive array of perimeter skills that make him one of the top wings in the class of 2014.
3. Semaj Christon
School: Wolfeboro (N.H.) Brewster Prep
The Buzz: The Cincinnati native should provide plenty of excitement in the backcourt when he returns to his home city to play his college ball at Xavier. A long and athletic point guard, he's been quite impressive during his prep school year.
4. Jimmie Taylor
School: Greensboro (Ala.) High
The Buzz: The improvement shown by Taylor at USA Basketball's developmental camp in October was well past notable. He's always intrigued with his length and shot blocking but the junior is now adding more strength and showing a much more refined shooting stroke
5. Detrick Mostella
School: Decatur (Ala.) Austin
The Buzz: Scoring comes easy for this slender 6-foot-3 shooting guard. He has a reliable stroke from outside and is nifty and explosive off the bounce. His body control in the lane both helps him draw fouls and also avoid them. It is the type of scoring game that will easily translate to the next level.
6. Stevie Clark
School: Oklahoma City (Okla.) Douglass
The Buzz: Already well known for his ability to light up scoreboards from deep, Clark has proven to be a much more versatile player than previously given credit for. He can attack defenders via the dribble, makes plays for teammates and is an intense competitor on both sides of the ball.
7. Ja'Quan Newton
School: Philadelphia (Penn.) Neumann-Goretti
The Buzz: The physical combo guard looks to be the next in what is becoming a long line of tough Philadelphia guards. He will get to the rim and is also quite capable of making jump shots out to the three-point line.
8. Jordan Swopshire
School: Midlothian (Va.) Sportsquest
The Buzz: The 2013 wing didn't get noticed much during summer ball. However, he made the most of his opportunity at the October USA Basketball camp. A quick wing who can defend, Swopshire is a transition scorer who specializes in midrange jumpers and playing good defense in a halfcourt setting.
9. Dominic Woodson
School: Saxton's River (Vt.) Vermont Academy
The Buzz: A native Texan, the 6-foot-9, 250-plus-pound big man slid into the national top 100 for the class of 2013 following the summer. It looks like his climb up the rankings will continue. Not only is he big and strong, but he dominates the glass, has soft hands and a high level of skill.
10. Michael Qualls
School: Shreveport (La.) Huntington
The Buzz: When Qualls committed to Arkansas, many thought the Razorbacks might have reached on the three star swingman. As it turns out, it looks like they may have landed a diamond in the rough. Always known for his extreme athleticism, Qualls is looking like a better all-around player than previously though.
