Thompsons visits all set
Last weekend, Sam Thompson kicked off his official visit process. He started off with a weekend visit to Columbus, Ohio to check out Thad Matta's Ohio State program but he's not done.
A versatile and athletic 6-foot-6 wing from Chicago (Ill.) Whitney Young, Thompson is currently planning take additional visits to Oregon State and Florida.

According to Thompson, he'd planned to visit Georgetown to check out the Hoyas this weekend. However, that visit is now off and the Hoyas are no longer in the mix.
He'll check out Oregon State on the first weekend in October and will trip to Gainesville to check in with the Gators on the weekend of October 9th.
According to Thompson, he's looking to make a decision within the next few weeks and he's planning on cutting off media contact until he makes his choice.
