A 6-foot-2 shooting guard from Frisco (Texas) High, Dillard is a solid, versatile wing.

Dillard is an excellent defender, a good pull-up jump shooter and a fine athlete. He can finish in transition and looks to be a good pickup for Steve Shields' program.
Dillard is rated as a three-star prospect and is the son of current Iowa assistant coach Sherman Dillard.
