Teon Knox Update

Teon Knox, an improving 6-8, 270 pound power forward from Casper J.C. in Casper, Wyo., will probably need to go the Division II route due to academics.
Knox had some fine moments when JUCO Junction/Rivalshoops.com caught him in action last fall at the Salt Lake C.C. jamboree. Although he was out of shape and a bit unorthodox in his form, Knox was an effective scorer in the low post.

Toohey said that Knox, a native of Baltimore, Md., recently posted a 28 point, 10 rebound effort against Eastern Wyoming J.C. At the time, Eastern Wyoming was ranked in the NJCAA poll.
For the season, he averages 11.4 points per game.
Knox attended Howard J.C. in Texas last year. He is in his second year of junior college, meaning that he could use a red-shirt year next year if he wants to try and go the Division I route.
If his conditioning continues to improve and he gets his body into better shape, Knox could be a power forward/center type at the low Division I level.
We'll keep you posted on his future plans, so keep it here for the latest.
