These days, there seems to be as many ways to announce a commitment as there are actual commitments.

On Thursday night, five-star prospect Tyler Ennis added another when he announced his commitment during a segment of CIA Bounce T.V. on his grassroots team's (CIA Bounce) website.
A native of Toronto who plays his high school ball at Newark (N.J.) St. Benedict, the 6-foot-1 point guard made official what has been speculated for some time now-- Ennis is headed to Syracuse.
"I have decided to attend Syracuse University," Ennis said on the show. "The main thing is the role that I will be playing as a freshman. A lot of playing time is up for grabs."
Currently ranked No. 20 in the class of 2013 Rivals150, Ennis is an excellent fit for the Orange.
Ennis is a ball-controlling point guard who seems to always be under control. He looks to involve teammates first, plays good defense and has a near lethal jumper.
"Right now, I'm focusing on getting a lot stronger for the college level," Ennis said. "I'm going to be playing against players that are sometimes four years older than I am."
Most of all, though, Ennis wins at a high level and is a natural leader on the floor. He is the first player to commit to the Orange in the class of 2013.
