Surrell Evans Still Open In His Process
Surrell Evans, a 6-6, 185 pound small forward from Christian Faith Center in Creedmor, N.C., has drawn some Division I interest this winter.
The Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com caught up with CFC Head Coach Vernon Wilson at the recent East Coast Jamboree, and he said that East Tennessee State and Furman are looking at Evans this winter.

Although he has just an average handle, Evans can knock down the short pull-up jumper on the baseline, and he is willing to help out on the glass. He also scores reliably in transition or as a cutter to the basket off screens.
Evans will not sign until the spring, and IR will keep you posted on his recruitment over the coming months.
