This spring the focus of Rivals.com has primarily been on the 2011 class, but Rasheed Sulaimon is one 2012 prospect who has made a big impression.
A 6-foot3, 170-pound shooting guard from Houston Strake Jesuit High School, Sulaimon is a natural point producer.

"Rasheed is one of the best scoring guards we have ever had," said Sulaimon's travel team coach Marland Lowe of the Houston Hoops. "He is a natural two guard and a scoring machine. He has range and can create a shot for himself. With his fade away jumper he can get a shot for himself whenever he needs to."
To compliment his scoring ability, Sulaimon does have room to improve his point guard skills as a distributor. But at the same time, he is expected to continue growing, and there is hope that he could reach 6-foot-6.
Schools have taken not of Sulaimon's abilities. At the moment Indiana, Oregon State, Baylor and Texas A&M have offered, but many more offers will come once coaches se him in July.
As a sophomore, Sulaimon averaged 22.5 points per game for Strake Jesuit and garnered a number of post season awards.
