Strickland, Francis Ignite BABC To Win

LAKE BUENA VISTA, FLORIDA -- Marshall Strickland, the Indiana bound point guard, put on a show in front of his future coach, Mike Davis, last night inside the beautiful Wide World of Sports complex on the Walt Disney grounds.
Strickland buried four three-pointers and also showed his teammates with seven assists in leading BABC pas the G-Rebs, 78-60.

Strickland scored 22 points and was helped out by teammate Torin Francis who dropped in an additional 25 points. This great inside-outside combo gave BABC the lead early. BABC was challenged several times, including in the fourth quarter. But Strickland and Francis consistently answered with clutch baskets.
The G-Rebs were lead by Juwann Turner, who had 25 points in a losing effort.
But the story tonight was Strickland and Francis. BABC should have an excellent shot to at least reach the quarterfinals. We will report again later on this site how they fare.
