Storrs set for another visit

Aside from traveling with the Georgia Stars throughout the summer AAU circuit, Lance Storrs is looking forward to taking a number of unofficial visits. The 6-foot-5, 210-pound small forward from Columbia High School in Decatur, Ga., has already been to Indiana for a visit, and is scheduled to be on the Kansas campus on June 19.
"We sure are taking an unofficial visit to Kansas during the weekend of June 19," said Harold Thompson, the stepfather Lance Storrs. "I believe Lance is going to take a tour of the campus, and I believe a camp is going on that week as well."

Despite the fact that Storrs is not one of the top ranked players in the class of 2007, a large number of high major programs have shown an early interest in the 6-foot-5 shooting guard/small forward.
Clemson, Kansas, Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville and Furman are just a few of the schools currently showing an interest in Storrs.
"We have already taken an unofficial visit to Indiana," said Thompson. "Lance has been invited back to Indiana and their elite camp this summer. "He is also going to visit Alabama, and Georgetown has asked us to stop by for a visit."
Thompson indicated that Storrs isn't looking to make an early decision about his future. He plans to take a number of official visits, when that time comes, and doesn't want to rush the recruiting process.
