Star JUCO PG Makes Decision
DePaul has gotten off to a sparkling start in recruiting some of the best talent in the 2004 class. The Conference USA team picked up JUCO point guard Aking Elting, a 5-11, 165-pounder from Southern Idaho junior college.
Elting, an explosive lead guard from Elizabethtown, North Carolina, also had offers from Utah and Fresno State.

DePaul wanted a lead guard to help accelerate the outstanding talent that the staff will be bringing in next season. It's likely that DePaul will try to bring in one more guard and a forward for the 2004 class.
DePaul has had an excellent season thus far and will have a great shot at getting into postseason play. DePaul has a big game tonight against Marquette at home in front of 18,000 fans.
