St. Peters Adds To 2002-03 Roster

St. Peter's College has added a couple New York City players to the Peacocks 2002-03 roster.
Keydren Clark, a 5-9, 150 pound point guard from NYC's Rice High School and George Jefferson, a 6-3, 200 pound shooting guard from Brooklyn's Automotive High School, signed National Letters of Intent with the MAAC school last week.

Clark chose the Peacocks over Drexel, Howard, George Washington, Manhattan and Siena. He averaged 13 points for the New York City Catholic Champions and the New York State Federation Class A Champions.
Jefferson, who was also recruited by Iona, Northeastern, Hartford and Rider, compiled 1,830 career points and 1,315 career rebounds for Automotive as an undersized power forward. He averaged 29.3 points and 19 rebounds per game this past season.
The Peacocks, who are looking to rebound from the a 4-24 (3-15 MAAC) season, have two more scholarships available.
