SMU Grabs Rackauskas
Donatis Rackauskas, a 6-11, 215-pound center from New Hampton School in New Hampshire, committed to SMU, according to New Hampton head coach Jamie Arnesault.
"He really improved over the past year," Arnesault said. "This is a good place for Donatas to play."

At the end of the year, Rackauskas (pictured right) was watched several times by rivalshoops.com. He was just starting to impress more programs. Rackauskas played well in the times rivalshoops.com has watched him in person.
He helped New Hampton win the NEPSAC tournament. Donatas was active, ran the floor well, and seemed comfortable in the paint handling the ball.
According to Arnesault, Rackauskas had offers from LaSalle and SMU.
Donatis is from Alytus, Lithuania so his experience with American basketball is relatively new. But he has made a nice adjustment from the start of the year and appears much more comfortable with the style of American basketball.
