Sleeper Alert!
One of the top sleepers to emerge on the West Coast at the adidas Big Time Tournament was 6-5, 200 pound small forward Marquis Kately of Archbishop Riordan H.S. in San Francisco, Calif.
Kately is a well built athletic slasher who is dangerous around the basket because he's willing to mess around in the paint and rebound.

Kately told the Insiders Report that he has been offered scholarships so far by California and Southern California, and is also being looked at by Arizona State, UCLA, UNLV, Fresno State and Pepperdine.
Kately averaged 24 points, eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block per game as a junior at Riordan.
Although heavy speculation is that Kately will need to significantly improve his academic credentials in order to qualify, he told IR that he has a 2.8 cumulative GPA and took the SAT for the first time on June 2.
In fact, Kately was enrolled in summer school courses, and he said that forced him to miss the adidas ABCD Camp in New Jersey last month.
Still, Kately enhanced his reputation on the national scene with Calvin Andrews' Oakland Slam N Jam program at a pair of July events -- the adidas Big Time Tournament in Las Vegas and the SNJ/EBO sponsored Elite 8x2 Tournament in Berkeley.
