Singletary has a leader

Chicago native Chris Singletary, who attended Florida Prep this year, has a top five school list with a leader. Once committed to Missouri before Quinn Snyder's departure, Singletary, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound power guard, also has two visits scheduled.
UAB (offer), Fresno State (offer), Wake Forest, Cincinnati and Ole Miss (offer) comprise Singletary's school list.

"UAB is his leader right now," said Singletary's former AAU coach Nick Irvin of the Illinois Fire. "He plans on visiting UAB May 5th, and then he is going to Fresno State the following weekend."
Irvin indicated that Singletary will likely take all five of his still available visits.
A strong physical specimen as a backcourt player, Singletary can work his way into the lane on most any opponent.
"Chris is a great leader and very tough minded," said Irvin. "He can play both ends of the court. When you need someone to get you a bucket or get fouled, you can count on Chris."
Still not academically qualified, Singletary is waiting for his latest test scores.
Singletary is the No. 142 ranked prospect in the Rivals150.
