Singletary back on the board

The coaching carousel keeps spinning and prospects continue to come off the committed list. The latest player to pull out of his verbal pledge is Chris Singletary.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound guard from Florida Prep via Chicago is no longer headed to Missouri, according to Matt Ramker, director of basketball operations at Florida Prep.

"With Quin Snyder and (assistant coach) Lance Irvin no longer at the University of Missouri, Chris felt it would be in his best interest to look at his other options," Singletary said.
With the three-star guard opening his recruitment, he could be a big get for another program this late in the game. Singletary is a strong guard that uses his strength instead of speed to get into the lane all the while scoring from deep and rebounding like a forward.
Ramker said he has already field interest from Ole Miss, Providence and Wake Forest about Singletary.
"Those are probably the main three that have been calling so far," Ramker said.
The senior is "on track to being qualified," says Ramker.
Fresno State and Iowa State were on Singletary's short list before committing to the Tigers last November.
