Shooting guard will play at Eastern Michigan
New coach Rob Murphy has his first recruit from the class of 2013.
Early Saturday morning, the first year Eastern Michigan head coach landed a commitment from Deiondray Martin.

A native of Lima, Ohio who is now attending Detroit (Mich.) Community high school, Martin is a 6-foot-3 shooting guard.
Physical with the ball on the wing, Martin is an athletic two who can put the ball on the floor and drive to the rim. While he can body up defenders and score through contact, Martin is also an effective shooter from deep.
Next spring and summer, the junior will run with the Michigan Hurricanes on the grassroots circuit.
