Shipp to sign with Pac-10 school

One brother played in the Pac-10. Another brother is playing at another school in the Pac-10. And now Jerren Shipp of Fairfax High School in Los Angeles, Calif., will play at a third different Pac-10 school next season.
"Jerren gave a commitment to Arizona State after his visit there this weekend and is going to sign today," said Fairfax head coach Harvey Katani. "He called me as soon as he landed on the plane, and he was in the process of letting Coach Sendek know.

"I asked him when he knew that was where he wanted to go, and he said right after I got there."
Shipp, who led powerhouse Fairfax in scoring this year with 18.5 points per game, was recruited heavily by Loyola Marymount and was also receiving recent interest from California.
Shipps brother Joe played at California, and his brother Josh is presently playing at UCLA.
A three-star prospect, Shipp is a 6-foot-5, 200-pound shooting guard with a soft shooting touch from outside.
