Sheehey makes the early call

Dominos have been falling during the early signing period, and the latest one to fall is Will Sheehey of Weston (Fla.) Sagemont High School.
If Sheehey, a 6-foot-5, 190-pound wing, made the call during the early signing period he was expected to choose Indiana, and that is exactly what he did Monday morning.

"Will recently visited Indiana and was really impressed with Coach Crean and his staff," said Sagemont head coach Adam Ross. "Suddenly he realized that there is no question about it. Coach Crean is going to bring Indiana back to the top of college basketball where it belongs."
Sheehey, who will sign a Letter of Intent, on Tuesday, was also sold on the academic opportunities Indiana offers.
"Will wants to study business, and the undergrad program at the Kelly School of Business is in the top 20 in the country," said Ross. "Indiana basically has everything Will was looking for in a school. So he decided to go ahead and chose a school instead of waiting and exploring other options."
Sheehey's commitment comes on the heels of Indiana missing on its top wing target Jelan Kendrick, who chose Memphis.
Sheehey also visited Stanford and George Washington this fall and had strong interest from Georgia Tech and Michigan.
He joins fellow Rivals150 three-star prospect Victor Oladipo in the Indiana 2010 recruiting class.
Elite guard Josh Selby, who visited Indiana this past weekend, is the No. 1 recruiting target for the Hoosiers going forward.
