Sharpshooter Opens Eyes

FT. WAYNE, Ind. -- Antoine Agudio, a 6-1, 165 pound point/combo guard from Walt Whitman H.S. in Huntington, N.Y., helped the Long Island Roadrunners program reach the Sweet 16 at this past weekend's Spiece Run N Slam Tournament.
Agudio impressed us with his intelligent overall floor game. While he isn't explosively quick, he uses his dribble to maneuver effectively around and past defenders. He's an especially effective once he penetrates the lane, because he knows how to drive, draw and dish to open teammates.

On top of being a good passer, Agudio also scored consistently for the Roadrunners this past weekend, utilizing short to midrange pull up jumpers quite effectively.
Agudio told the Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com that he has interest so far from Rider and Quinnipiac, but if he continues to play at a high level this spring and summer, you can expect that list to grow a bit.
We'll keep you posted on Agudio's progress this spring and summer, so stay tuned to the site for more information in the weeks to come.
