SEC Schools Line Up Visits

Rashaun Bryant, a burly 6-8, 265 pound power forward from Coosa H.S. in Rome, Ga., hopes to take a pair of official visits this spring.
Bryant told the Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com that he will officially visit South Carolina from May 3-5. He said he also hopes to visit Alabama sometime this spring as well.

In addition those two SEC programs, Bryant also lists Clemson, Georgia Tech, North Carolina and Georgia. He has already unofficially visited Georgia.
Bryant played this past weekend with Norman Parker's Georgia Stars program at the Kingwood Classic in Texas. Despite his wide girth, Bryant showed a proclivity toward a finesse game, scoring quite a bit on short and medium range jumpers from the perimeter.
Bryant has soft touch on his shots and uses the glass well. On occasion, he'll brandish a short baby hook in the low post. Despite being overweight, he moves quite well for his size even though he's not a great athlete.
Bryant averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and four blocks per game as a junior at Coosa H.S. He said he has a 3.0 GPA but will not take the ACT for the first time until June.
Bryant will play with the Georgia Stars this summer on the Nike circuit, and we will keep you on top of his recruitment as the July evaluation period approaches, so stay tuned!
