School Soon For Minor

Tack Minor, a jet-quick 5-10, 186 pound scoring point guard from Houston, Texas, may return to Booker T. Washington High School. He had been considering a transfer to Westbury Christian. Minor has about a couple weeks to make his choice; his senior year starts on Monday, August 19th.
Minor is down to five schools, all who have offered a scholarship. They are Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Cincinnati and Louisiana State. He has unofficially visited LSU and Texas. He hasn't scheduled his official visits yet. "I'd like to make a decision in the fall," he said. "That's if things work out."

The Texan is also a good student. He gets A's and B's and scored 1280 on the SAT. "I plan to major in computer technology," he added.
Other schools that were recruiting RivalsHoops.com's number 13 player in the class of 2003 include Arizona, Florida, Florida State, Kentucky and UNLV.
Minor said that he wants to head to a school where the team likes to push the ball. "Location won't matter when I decide," he said.
Minor plays with the Houston Hoops program. During the July evaliation period he attended the Nike All-American Camp, the Peach Jam, the AAU Super Showcase and the AAU Nationals. He also was selected to participate in USA Basketball's Fifth Annual Men's Youth Development Festival in June.
