Rutgers, Lobos sniffing JUCO shot blocker
Anthony Lalor, the 6'9'' 225 pound big forward / center from Westchester Communnity College in Valhalla, New York, has seen some higher level schools inquire over the last couple of weeks.
Lalor will likely visit Rutgers in the near future. New Mexico recently called to inquire, while Tulsa had also expressed some interest. FDU is very interested in the rangy shot blocker, as are St. Francis (NY) and LIU.

Lalor, while wiry and still needing some polish on the offensive end, excels at turning away shots and possesses good timing. He impressed Rivalshoops.com this past summer as well as during his season with the Westcos with his ability to block and alter shots.
Lalor is a native of the Bronx who had originally committed to George Washington. He is now in good shape academically, and in fact has done pretty well in the classroom, according to Westchester assistant coach Leon Payne.
